• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement has been completed.
• Transferring bonus funds to another account is strictly prohibited.

6 Deposit Terms

• The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, bank transfer) is ৳300.

• Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a higher tier depends on your overall activity and loyalty. VIP benefits are subject to change at kuk9's discretion. Cashback funds will be subject to each tier's own wagering terms.

9 Fair Use and Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kuk9 platform, and any violation will result in immediate account closure:

• Placing bets or playing games using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence.
• Sharing account details with others or allowing a third party to operate your account.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other members to influence game outcomes.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.

10 Identity Verification (KYC)

In the interest of safe and transparent operations, kuk9 may request identity verification at any time. The following documents may be required under the KYC process:
